A native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Joe received his bachelor of arts degree in English from Columbia University in 1978. He lives in Wilton with his wife, Dr. Irene Rosenberg and in his spare time, Joe enjoys music, hiking and trips to NYC.
